CDOC Program Achievements FY 24-25

CDOC Cancer Centers Collaborative:

• Convened four meetings with more than 43 attendees

CDOC Cancer Surveillance Data Webinar:

• Presented four webinars reaching more than 95 members

California Cancer Control Leadership Team(CCCLT):

• Continued coordination to connect state cancer control leadership on collaborative activities

Breast and Colorectal Cancer Screening Implementation Project (BCCSIP):

• Implemented the project in collaboration with DHCS, EWC program, & C4

• Selected eight federally qualified health centers to increase screening

Collaboration on Underrepresented Data Project:

• Continued collaboration on Health Equity Workgroup’s Underrepresented Data Project with NCI-designated Cancer Centers, CCR, and partners

State Cancer Plan Revision Activities:

• Established the CPAC of 16 members

• Coordinated regular recurring meetings for each Cancer Plan Revision

• Subcommittee consisting of over 120 individuals

• Facilitated Quarterly Cancer Plan Revision Check-in meetings to monitor

• Subcommittee to report progress on the State Cancer Plan revision
