Patricia Falconer, MBA is a highly skilled Cancer Services Strategist and Healthcare Leader. Her clinical operations leadership expertise spans outpatient Academic, Community-Based, & Ambulatory Infusion Centers, and Home Infusion. As the Executive Director, Cancer Care Programs, Cancer Network, and Strategic Initiatives for Stanford Health Care, in partnership with the Cancer Service Line physician faculty and hospital leaders, Patricia transformed Cancer Services, expanded Stanford Medicine in to an integrated cancer network, launched patient distress screening, and deployed outpatient Cancer Care Support Services that included social work, nutritional counseling, psychosocial oncology, integrative medicine, genetic assessment & counseling, palliative medicine, financial counseling, survivorship, fertility preservation, and many others. Patricia has co-authored several publications for the Journal of Clinical Oncology, most notably, “Distress Screening thru PROMIS at an academic cancer center and network site”. Prior to March 2015, Patricia was the President of Health Options where she provided practice management consulting services to medical groups specializing in Medical Oncology, Hematology, and Radiation Oncology. She served on the National Comprehensive Cancer Network Board of Directors, ASCO Consultancy Board, and volunteered on the 100 Women Educational Grant Committee. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Highest Honors, Physiology from University of California, Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration with Honors from Santa Clara University.
