Ms. Bazile is Chief Executive Officer of Cancer Support Service Community San Francisco Bay Area, recognized for organizational leadership and a commitment to health equity.
Ms. Bazile began their career at LifeLong Medical Care as a Health Fellow at the Over 60 Health Center, a federally qualified health center focused on social justice. Throughout her career, Ms. Bazile has demonstrated expertise in operations, fiscal management, human resources, policy development, and program planning, and has established key departments and programs.
As Deputy Director, Ms. Bazile led government and external relations, advocacy, development, communications, and community engagement. Motivated by a dedication to improving healthcare access for underserved communities, especially communities of color, Ms. Bazile transitioned from public accounting to public health. Her commitment to cancer awareness and support is inspired by her late mother’s experience with colon cancer.
Ms. Bazile volunteers with the American Cancer Society–Silicon Valley Bay Area Board, advancing health education and preventative care for those affected by cancer. Ms. Bazile also serves as Board Chair for RCF Connects, Board Member of Essential Health Access, instructor at UC-Berkeley School of Public Health, and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Honors include recognition as one of the 2025 Women of the Year by Congressman John Garamendi, Richmond Main Street Downtown Champion for Healthcare (2019), and induction into the Contra Costa County Women’s Hall of Fame for Women Improving Healthcare (2016).
