Michelle Fluke, MBA

Ms. Fluke has over 22 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting centering on the health and wellness industry. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2000 and Master of Business Administration in 2003. Ms. Fluke is responsible for the day-to-day management of Antelope Valley Partners for Health, providing administrative oversight, overseeing all accounting functions, handling all aspects of human resource management as well as grant writing, strategic planning and acting as community health and services liaison to both Lancaster and Palmdale City officials. Because of her experience, leadership skills and ability to meet challenges, solve problems and apply innovative thinking, Ms. Fluke was chosen as Executive Director of Antelope Valley Partners for Health (AVPH). Under the direction and oversight of Ms. Fluke, AVPH has increased its strength as the foundation of collaboration in the Antelope Valley that focuses on improving the health and wellness of the community.
